Trade fairs

An invitation campaign was to bring customers to the booth: three mailings, a reminder and a thank-you mail invited them to choose a gift in advance and collect it in person. On site, a buzzer game and a live demo sparked conversations; Swiss chocolate and Swiss catering underlined CP’s origin. Booth design, construction and assembly were handled by an agency.

TPS in Houston is one of the established trade fairs of the pump and turbomachinery industry. The goal: a presence that makes Swiss quality visible, in the exhibits, the booth and the organisation.

Instead of renting furniture for every fair, a reusable booth system for the USA was created: a fold-out booth box and a furniture box that stay in a rented warehouse in the USA between fairs.

The booth box was due the weekend before the fair but did not arrive. Only close, persistent contact with the carrier brought the shipment to Houston. The day before the fair opened, the booth was complete.

The Fertilizer Show in Orlando brings together the entire fertilizer supply chain. In 2025, CP Pump Systems took part for the first time, with an island booth open on all four sides.

The booth was self-built. At its heart was the booth system for the USA: the booth box with the birch forest motif and the furniture box came from the interim storage in Florida, complemented by a shipment from Switzerland with exhibits, brochures and giveaways.

The presence was tailored to the industry: an ad in the fair catalogue, an adapted catalogue entry, e-mail banners with a free ticket and three mailings.

Leuna-Dialog is the site fair of the Leuna chemical park in central Germany, where companies producing on site meet their suppliers and service providers.

The German subsidiary presented itself on a complete booth: two magnetic drive pumps, including a cutaway model with heating jacket, three roll-ups as the back wall and a full-page ad in the fair catalogue.

Material, exhibits and booth equipment were coordinated with sales in Germany and travelled from Switzerland to the fair.

CRU Sulphur + Sulphuric Acid is the international meeting point of the sulphur and sulphuric acid industry. CP Pump Systems focused on one specific application: the safe pumping of molten sulphur.

A roll-up was created specially for the tabletop show: “Keep Your Molten Sulphur Flowing – Leak-Free and at the Perfect Temperature”. The exhibit was a magnetic drive pump with heating jacket. Three mailings invited visitors beforehand.

The furniture came from the warehouse in the USA; the English brochures were printed in Switzerland and travelled to the fair with giveaways and Swiss specialities. A fair briefing and the lead form prepared the team on site.

LH Pétro+Chimie in Le Havre is a trade fair for chemicals, petrochemicals and future energies, in the industrial and port area at the mouth of the Seine.

The booth design continued the Petrochymia 2024 look: back walls with the French key message “La sécurité avant tout”, world map and fascias with “cleaner pumps, cleaner planet™”. Five exhibits were on show. As in Martigues, logistics ran through the organiser’s partner.

Brochures, exploded drawings and factsheets were available in French. Through the organiser’s communication package, CP was also present in the fair catalogue and on the fair website, with a custom ad and web banners.

The annual meeting of the fertilizer industry with a focus on Latin America took place in Miami in 2026.

CP Pump Systems exhibited on a double booth built on the booth system for the USA. A custom back wall with a birch forest motif spanned both spaces, complemented by the roll-up on heated pumps for molten sulphur. Social media posts accompanied the fair before, during and after.

After 2025, CP Pump Systems returned to Dortmund in 2026, this time with a redesigned booth: the back wall shows a large photo of an industrial plant, next to the redesigned world map of the locations and the Swiss Made mark.

Beforehand, e-mail banners and social media posts invited visitors to a free ticket. This time the fair briefing also included a reference project for conversations at the booth.

Pumps & Valves in Dortmund is a trade fair for industrial pumps, valves and process technology. CP Pump Systems exhibited on a 20 m² corner booth. One wall showed the motif “cleaner pumps, cleaner planet™”, the other the key message “Safety first: Magnetic driven pumps, hermetically sealed” with a world map of the locations.

Beforehand, e-mail banners invited visitors to a free ticket and LinkedIn posts announced the booth. Customers could register in advance for a gift to collect at the booth.

Preparation included booth planning, three exhibits, brochures and exploded drawings in German, giveaways and shipping via the fair forwarder, including import into Germany. A fair briefing and the lead form prepared the booth team.

DK Hub Global brings three trade fairs together under one roof in Dunkerque, aimed at industry in northern France and the Benelux countries.

The booth design continued the Pétro+Chimie look with an updated world map. New: the booth cabin door carried a large plant photo. The marketing team came up with a special idea: goodie bags right at the entrance, so visitors carried a CP bag through the fair.

ChemUK at the NEC Birmingham is the trade fair of the British chemical and process industry. In 2026 CP Pump Systems exhibited there to strengthen its presence in the UK market.

The booth received a back wall and fascias with world map and Swiss Made mark, plus an ad with the key arguments Swiss quality and low maintenance. Seven exhibits from five product series were on show.

Beforehand, e-mail banners, an entry in the Show News and a social media post announced the participation. A fair briefing and the lead form prepared the team.

The ChemE Show in Houston is a new annual trade fair for North America’s chemical, pharma and bio-based industry, created in partnership with the organiser of ACHEMA.

The compact booth relied on proven elements: the molten sulphur roll-up, a cutaway model, a hygienic pump and a process pump on the CP pedestals. The lead form was revised and now covers six application areas.

An English fair briefing prepared the team on site: from fair facts, hall plan, exhibitor list and programme to booth equipment, dress code and giveaways.

After The Woodlands 2025, CP Pump Systems is also exhibiting in Berlin. The back wall develops the CRU 2025 design further: under the title “Keep Your Molten Sulphur Flowing”, it compares how CP’s fully heated chamber keeps molten sulphur evenly at temperature.

Two MKP magnetic drive pumps and one MKTP will be on show. Beforehand, an e-mail banner with a free ticket invites visitors to the fair.

After Orlando 2025, CP Pump Systems is exhibiting again in Tampa. The booth is again self-built, using the booth system for the USA that is stored there between fairs.

After 2024, CP Pump Systems returns to Martigues. The booth develops the Le Havre and Dunkerque look further: a large plant photo, the key message “Les pompes chimiques les plus sûres et les plus efficaces au monde”, a world map and the Swiss Made mark.

Through the organiser’s communication package, CP is present in the fair catalogue and on the fair website, with an ad presenting four product series and two web banners.

A compact trade fair for the chemical and petrochemical industry in southern France. The 12 m² booth received custom-designed walls, furniture, three exhibits and material in French, from brochures to exploded drawings.

Logistics were demanding: they ran through a partner of the organiser. Coordinated with the export department, the material went first to its warehouse in France, then to the fair, and after the fair back to Switzerland the same way.

Dahej in Gujarat is one of India’s fastest-growing industrial hubs. CP Pump Systems exhibits on a 45 m² booth; the back wall and lockable tables carry custom graphics in CP design. Material and exhibits travel from Switzerland to India.

Three magnetic drive pumps from the MKP, MKP-S and MKPL series are on show. On site, the sales team runs the booth.

GOLDINGER exhibited at WEGA and Immozionale every year. The existing booth dated from earlier years and mainly showed many small property posters. At the same time, the rather older target group was to learn before the fair that they could have their property valued at the booth.
